Digital systems studio · Malaysia

Your business is already a system.It just hasn’t been built properly yet.

I design and build custom websites and business systems that replace scattered workflows with one clear digital experience.

Sheet 02The problem

Most businesses don’t needmore spreadsheets.

Your business shouldn’t depend on remembering where everything is.

One workflow. One system. One source of truth.

Sheet 03What I build

I don’t sell templates.I build around your workflow.

Two businesses in the same industry rarely work the same way. So I start with how yours actually runs, and build the system to fit — not the other way round.

  • Internal systems shaped around how your operation actually runs — your roles, your steps, your records.

  • Clear, fast websites that explain what you do and make it easy for the right people to get in touch.

  • Paper forms, chat threads and copy-paste routines turned into structured digital steps.

  • Your records turned into numbers you can act on. Reports that build themselves.

  • Launch is the start. I keep the system healthy and keep improving it as your business changes.

Three ready-made ideas for small businesses. Each is a full website you can click through like your customers would — menu, booking and all.

Sheet 07Pricing

Clear starting prices.No surprises later.

Every project gets its own quote after we talk, because every workflow is different. These are real starting points, so you know what to expect before you get in touch.

  1. 01

    Business website

A clear, fast website that explains your business and brings in enquiries.

    fromRM 1,800
    • Up to 5 pages
    • Works well on phones
    • Contact form & WhatsApp button
    • Basic Google setup (SEO)
    • Ready in about 2–3 weeks
  2. 02Main service

    Custom business system

A system built around how your business actually works.

    fromRM 8,000
    • Modules and user roles you need
    • Dashboard & reports
    • Import from your Excel files
    • Staff training
    • 3 months of free fixes after launch
    • Ready in about 6–12 weeks
  3. 03

    Care plan

Keep your website or system safe, fast and up to date.

    fromRM 200/ month
    • Hosting & HTTPS
    • Daily backups
    • Security updates
    • Small changes every month
    • Direct WhatsApp support

You get a fixed, written quote before any work starts. The price only changes if you ask for something new — and we agree on it first.

Sheet 08How I work

A system gets builtthe way it gets used.

  1. 01

    Listen

    Understand the business.

How work really happens today — who does what, where the information lives, and what keeps going wrong.

  2. 02

    Map

    Understand the workflow.

Every step, form and hand-off drawn out, so we agree on the flow before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Design

Turn the workflow into an interface.

Screens designed around those steps. You see and click through it early, while changes are cheap.

  4. 04

    Build

    Develop the actual system.

A real application with proper data, roles and records — built in small pieces you can check along the way.

  5. 05

    Refine

    Test, improve and launch.

Tested with real use, adjusted, and launched. Then improved as your team starts using it.

Sheet 09Technology

Built properlyunderneath.

You’ll only ever see the interface. Underneath it is a real application on a proven, widely supported stack — so it stays fast, secure and easy to extend.

Sheet 10About

I like solvingmessy problems.

Hi, I’m Sherr. I’m a developer in Malaysia, and I build web applications and business systems — the kind that quietly replace a pile of manual work.

I enjoy taking a process that currently lives across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, paper and someone’s memory — and turning it into something that actually makes sense.

ADYRA is a small studio on purpose. You talk directly to the person designing and building your system, from the first conversation to the updates after launch.

You won’t find testimonials here yet. ADYRA is new, and I’d rather show working systems than borrowed praise.

Every system on this page is either working — and I’m happy to walk you through it — or still being built, and labelled as such. The first client stories will live right here.

Sheet 12Questions

Questions peopleusually ask.

  • 01Who owns the system and the data?

You do. Once the project is paid, the code and all your data belong to you. You get full access to everything, and you’re free to move to another developer at any time — I’ll help with the handover. No lock-in.

  • 02How long does it take?

A business website usually takes 2–3 weeks. A custom system usually takes 6–12 weeks, depending on how many parts it needs. You get a timeline with the quote, and you see progress every week.

  • 03How much will it cost?

Websites start from RM 1,800 and custom systems from RM 8,000. After a short call, you get a fixed, written quote. The price only changes if you ask for something new, and we agree on it first.

  • 04Can my staff use it on their phones?

Yes. Every system runs in the web browser, so it works on phones, tablets and computers. There’s no app to install.

  • 05What happens if something breaks?

Problems found after launch are fixed free for the first 3 months. After that, a care plan covers fixes, updates and backups. You reach me directly on WhatsApp or email.

  • 06Is our data safe? Is it PDPA-friendly?

Data travels over HTTPS, each person only sees what their role allows, and changes are logged. On a care plan, backups run daily. I set systems up to help you meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — for example, by collecting only what you need and controlling who can see it.

  • 07Do we have to change everything at once?

No. Many projects start with the most painful part — like fees or receipts — and grow from there. Your existing Excel data can usually be imported.

  • 08Can the system be in Bahasa Melayu?

Yes. The system can be in Bahasa Melayu, English or both. We can also talk in whichever language you prefer.

Still unsure about something?
